Trofeo Princesa Sofia

Trofeo Princesa Sofia is an annual sailing regatta in Palma de Majorca, Spain. From 26th March to 3rd April 2021 the bay of Palma will be host to the 51st edition of the Trofeo SAR Princesa Sofia.

La Semaine Olympique Française (French Olympic Week)

After 7 years as Sailing World Cup, the event is back as "SOF", better known by international competitors as "Hyères' week".

It's a return to the roots for this event, created by the Yacht Club de Hyères then organized by the COYCH which still actively participate to the organization. The FFVoile is now unique organizer.

Every year, the Semaine Olympique Française welcomes around 800 competitors from 60 different countries. In 2021, we will welcome the best Olympic competitors, preparing Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, they will race in the same 10 classes selected for Tokyo Olympic Games.

Since the creation of the event, the city of Hyères is a major partner, providing personal and technical resources.

For many years now, TPM Metropole is also a major partner and a financial support. With the "SOF", TPM Metropole can make touristic promotion during the event.

The "Conseil Régional Sud" - South region council - is much involved in sailing development, it also financially supports the organization of the event as well as the "Conseil Départemental du Var" - Var department council.
